Orders
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and carrier. Simply visit the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.
If you can’t get your order information, please contact our customer service email service@lightcollects.com.
Where is my order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation via the email address you provided within a few hours of placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam folder. Our customer service will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
How can I change my delivery address?
If you want to change delivery address, please contact our customer service. But please note that we may not be able to change it once the order is shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at service@lightcollects.com with 24 hours after purchasing the product. We will respond to the email within 48 hours to confirm your changes and any further instructions. You will not be able to cancel or modify your order once we have shipped it.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
If your tracking does not show information, please wait 2-4 days before trying to track your package again.
If your package shows information but is not updated, your package is on its way to your country and the information will be updated once it is picked up by your local post office.

If I want to order multiple lights, can you offer a discount?
We are happy to offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us at service@lightcollects.com before placing an order.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also accept PayPal. As shown in the icons.
Why haven't I received my order after I paid?
There could be many reasons why you haven't received a reminder after paying. Don't worry, our customer service is here to help you.
How secure is my online payment?
We are committed to protecting your personal information and providing a secure online experience. We use industry standard encryption and password protection technologies with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Sensitive information including any type of payment information is not stored on our servers.
Can I use more than one code on one order?
You can only use one promotional code or coupon code per order. If any of your coupons have expiration dates in the future, be sure to save them for your next order!
Products
Are there installation instructions?
Some products have special installation videos. If you don't know how to install the light, you can contact our customer service at service@lightcollects.com or find the installation instructions online yourself.
Are the light bulbs included in the fixture?
Bulbs are not included unless noted.
Does the lighting have CE certification or UL certification?
Yes, you can find more information on the certification page.
Does the voltage of the lamp meet the national standards of our country?
Yes, the voltage is between 110V-240V.
