Your funds are safely stored in your credit card company or Paypal account
If there is any problem with the package within 180 days, such as: not as described, not received, or the product has quality problems, you can apply for a dispute, so there is no purchase risk for your order.

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Our credit card processor is Stripe.com.

Stripe.com has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.

Stripe ensures complete privacy of your credit card data from the moment you type them into the Stripe payment form. Data required for billing is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your payment card. Our store never comes into contact with your sensitive payment card data. Similarly, Stripe operators cannot access your complete cardholder data. An isolated system core independently transmits and manages sensitive data while at the same time keeping it completely safe.

The form for entering payment data is secured by an SSL transmission cipher of the greatest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected by hi-grade encryption, using hardware devices certified by FIPS 140 2 Level 3 standard. Apple Pay

Apple Pay is available as a payment option when using an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac).

Google Pay

Look for the Google Pay logo or option during checkout if you are using an Android device. Ensure that the credit or debit card linked to your Google Pay account is up-to-date and has sufficient funds for the purchase.

  • Once you've selected Google Pay and verified your payment method, use your Android device (phone, tablet, or Wear OS smartwatch) to authenticate the payment via fingerprint, PIN, or other secure methods.
  • You can track your Google Pay transactions through the Google Pay app. Ensure that your cards and payment methods are up-to-date to prevent payment issues.
Klarna

Afterpay

Simply shop with one of your favorite stores found in the Shop Directory and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to create an Afterpay account (with instant approval decision) and returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase. For online orders, the goods will be shipped to you by the retailer after checkout. For in-store shopping, download the Afterpay mobile app, follow the in-app instructions and complete the eligibility checks to see if you are eligible to set up the Afterpay Card. If eligible, you can use the Afterpay Card with Apple Pay or Google Pay to make a contactless payment at checkout.

At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, we’ll automatically process payments on the due dates, as outlined on your payment schedule.

You may have multiple installments due on the same date, depending on when your orders were placed. Installments that are due on the same and have the same eligible payment method, may be automatically bundled and processed in one transaction at Afterpay’s election. 

This applies to Pay in 4 orders only, and can include multiple bundled payments processed on the same day. Pay Monthly orders are not included.

We’ll send you a payment confirmation email with a breakdown of your payments. This email will provide you with a breakdown of the payment so you can identify which installments were paid.

Please Note: Afterpay does not approve 100% of orders. We are committed to ensuring we support responsible spending.

When determining which orders to approve, we consider a number of different factors. As an example, the longer you have been a shopper using Afterpay and the more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more.

Why has my payment been declined?

If you're having trouble paying, declined payments can be caused by one or more of the following:

PayPal:
  • The transaction page has timed out.
  • Leaving the page before finishing the check-out procedure.
  • Your PayPal account has insufficient funds or is not linked to any secondary option like a bank account or a credit card.

Please contact PayPal for detailed questions concerning your PayPal account.

Credit Card:
  • The name and address of the cardholder do not match the billing details. Make sure that all details, such as the card number, expiration date, and CVV code, are entered correctly, and check that the name and billing addresses are exactly as they appear on your card statement.
  • It is required thata credit or debit card is issued by a U.S.-based bank or financial institution or your card is not authorized for international payments.
  • Your card has reached the limit for internet transactions.
  • The transaction page has timed out.
  • Leaving the page before finishing the check-out procedure.

About Coupon Code

You can apply coupons to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click “apply” before continuing checkout, your order total will not reflect the coupon discount.

NOTES:

  • Please make sure that you enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, with no space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you to copy/paste the promotional code you received.
  • Coupons cannot be combined. You can only use one coupon code per order.
